“Net carbohydrates” are the carbs in food that are fully digestible and absorbed by the body. This is different from “total carbohydrates” as that includes all the different types of carbohydrates found in a food such as dietary fiber, which passes through the digestive system without being completely broken down and absorbed by the body. Net carbs can be calculated by subtracting Dietary Fiber from Total Carbohydrates listed on a product’s nutritional facts panel.

Additionally, subscriptions can be cancelled, paused, or skipped at any time before your next order is placed with no additional cost to you. So you're free to try without being locked in for a long-term subscription if you're not happy with the items.

With the exception of prepaid subscriptions, you can cancel, pause or skip your subscription at any time before your next order has been placed. Just log in to your account and navigate to the Subscription Manager dashboard to make any changes to your order. You'll receive an email 4 days before your order is placed to give you time to update as needed.


For prepaid subscriptions, you'll pre-pay for 4 shipments, with one shipment every 3 months. If you would like to change the date of your orders, you can still do so at any time before your order by logging into your account and navigating to the Subscription Manager. Your prepaid subscription will not auto-renew for an additional year.
