Better-for-You Macaroni Salad

Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook until the noodles are al dente (approximately 10 minutes).

While pasta is cooking, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, and butter to a saucepan over medium heat and stir until melted.

Whisk in Dijon mustard and pepper until it is blended.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until combined.

Season beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper and brown until no longer pink.

Once the pasta has finished cooking, drain completely. Combine the beef and cheese sauce with the pasta and stir to combine. Enjoy!
