“Net carbohydrates” are the carbs in food that are fully digestible and absorbed by the body. This is different from “total carbohydrates” as that includes all the different types of carbohydrates found in a food such as dietary fiber, which passes through the digestive system without being completely broken down and absorbed by the body. Net carbs can be calculated by subtracting Dietary Fiber and Allulose from Total Carbohydrates listed on a product’s nutritional facts panel.

At Hero BreadTM, we're always striving to do better in our mission to spread health and happiness. Our customers asked and we listened - Hero Bread products are now baked with a new recipe featuring heart-healthy olive oil and all-natural preservatives!
Olive oil is naturally slightly higher in saturated fat than canola oil. As a result, our buns and tortillas now have a saturated fat content of .5g compared to 0g in our previous recipes. Our sliced breads remain at 0g saturated fat
Starting April 25th, bun quantities will increase from a 4ct pack to an 8ct pack. This change allows us to realize and pass along savings on the baked goods that you know and love! For anyone with a current subscription to 3 packs of 4 buns, your price per bun will be reduced by 10%. Current subscribers to the 6 packs of 4 buns option will enjoy a 12% savings. This slightly changes your subscription quantity options:
A subscription to 3 packs of 4 Buns (12) at $20.99 will transition to a subscription to 2 packs of 8 buns (16) at $24.99
A subscription to 6 packs of 4 Buns (24) at $40.99 will transition to a subscription to 2 packs of 8 buns (32) at $47.99
We will automatically transition your subscription as above with no change to your frequency on April 25,2024. If you want to change your subscription, you can always log in to your account and navigate to “Manage Your Subscriptions.”
