Hero Bread 2026 Resolutions

As we near the end of 2025 and prepare to make a *toast* to 2026, we’re *wrapped* in gratitude for our community of Hero Bread Breadheads.

Last year, we shared 3 resolutions for 2025, and we wanted to share a little *lookbake* at what we’ve been able to accomplish this year because of all of you.

1. Bake More of Your Bagels.

Oooooooh, boy did we do this. After a limited edition launch in December of 2024, the Hero Classic Plain Bagel quickly became a fan favorite. In March, we added the Hero Everything Bagel. Your support blew us away and we quickly transitioned them to an everyday item.

2. Offer More Subscriptions.

We added a plethora of new subscription options this year:

• Handmade Hero Bread Crafted Collection bakes like Croissants, Cheddar Biscuits, and Buttermilk Biscuits became available every day by subscription (while still maintaining regular drops throughout the year.
• Hero Noodles subscriptions were such a big hit that we had to pause new subscriptions (but we hope to bring them back very soon!)
• Our Quarterly Subscription Box lets you get a seasonal curation of Hero Bread picks from sliced breads to limited edition Hero Noodles and swag.
• Prepaid subscriptions let you gift a loved one (or yourself) a year of bready deliveries

3. Bake Your Next Favorite.

We launched 5 new delectable goodies to the Hero Bread Crafted Collection:

• Hero Everything Bagel (now an everyday item)
  Hero Orange Scone
• Hero Pumpkin Spice Scone
• Hero Noodles™ Penne
• Hero Noodles™ Elbows

Bonus points: We brought back the decadent Hero Pain au Chocolat and launched Hero Classic Plain Bagel to our everyday selection.


2025 was a busy baking year, and we’re excited to shift into *yeast* mode for 2026. This year we’re wrangling 5 resolutions. Because, like bread, we want to *rise*.

1. Help you treat yourself.

We plan to offer more 0g sugar* sweet treats with fewer net carbs*, more often.

2. Deliver more noodles.

We're working on oodles of noodles so that we can start shipping and selling these fan favorites again.

3. Make it easier for you to get lower net carb baked goods the way you want.

We've heard your feedback and want to offer more ways to snag your favorite baked goods in the way that makes most sense for you, including at your favorite local retailers.

4. Bake healthier.

Our goal is spreading health and happiness, bite by bite. So we’re always on the lookout for ways to improve our breads, buns, tortillas and more. Our bakers have been working hard behind the scenes to tweak our recipes for an even more feel-good bite. Stay tuned for updates to our sliced breads, buns and more.

5. Help you discover your next flavor(ite).

We're going to be baking up more flavors this year of some of your favorites. Thanks for all the input you’ve already shared on what you want to see. We are striving to deliver on that - right to your door - in 2026!
