Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place biscuits on a baking sheet and heat in the oven for 6 minutes.

Crack eggs into a bowl. Add whole milk and whisk.

Heat pan on low heat. Add butter to melt.

Cook scrambled eggs slowly to desired doneness.

Ladle eggs onto a warm plate.

Slice biscuits in half.

Build biscuits: spoon the scrambled egg on top of the biscuit bottom. Add a cheese slice.

Spread jam on the biscuit top. Add to the sandwich.
