In a blender, blend all the ingredients for the pesto cream.

In a pan on medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil. Toast the bread until golden brown.

Spread the cream onto one side of the toast. Add the greens, the mozzarella, the tomatoes, and the turkey slices. Add another slice of bread. Repeat. Cover with a third piece of bread.
