Preheat grill (or oven) to 400 degrees.

Place crust on baking sheet (or wire rack), and spread crushed tomatoes (leave border for crust along the outside),

Top with fresh mozzarella slices, leaving gaps to allow the cheese to melt.Optional: If using sliced tomatoes, place these in between the sliced mozzarella or on top.

Optional: Season entire pizza with garlic and/or Italian herb seasoning

Bake 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.

Rinse and pat dry basil leaves, arranging them around tomatoes and melted cheese.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Slice, serve and enjoy.
