Creamy Broccoli Penne Alfredo
Classic Penne Alfredo, but with a better-for-you twist. Made with Hero Noodles™ Penne, this dish gets a high fiber boost and 12g of protein per serving. All the texture and flavor you expect, but with fewer calories and more protein than the best-selling penne.
Not a fan of chicken and broccoli? Make it your own with different mix-ins. We love 2 tbsp of chopped sundried tomatoes and 1 cup of baby spinach. You can also try 1 cup of frozen peas or leftover roasted veggies.

Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add Hero Noodles™ Penne and cook until al dente (12-16 minutes).

Drain pasta and set aside; make sure to add oil to the noodles to keep from sticking.

Dice the grilled chicken.

Saute the minced garlic in a separate pan.

Pour heavy cream into the pan. Add parmesan cheese until it is completely melted into the sauce.

Add in the cooked penne, chicken and broccoli. Stir until everything is mixed together and the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
