In a pot, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the ground beef and spices, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and broth. Let simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed.
In a pan on medium-high heat, drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil, and grill the sausages.
Toast the buns.
Add ketchup and mustard to the bun. Add 1 sausage, and chili, and top with cheese and green onions.
